Your rep taps “create deal” after a scan at a trade show and your scanner builds a Deal record with the Contact associated, the right Pipeline and Stage, and an amount if the qualifying questions captured one.

Your qualifying questions on the stand can capture a budget range. Your scanner sets the Deal amount to the midpoint, and your rep can refine it after the first call.
Lists, workflows and properties
Your scanner can add every new Contact to a HubSpot List. That List triggers a workflow, a nurture sequence, a task for the owner, a Slack notification, automatically.
Your exhibition follow-up now happens the moment the scan saves. First email lands the same day, discovery call task appears on the rep’s dashboard, reporting tracks engagement.

- Authorise the scanner app against HubSpot
- Map scanned fields to HubSpot properties
- Pick default Pipeline and Stage for scanned Deals
